Other Names - German chamomile, Hungarian chamomile, mayweed, sweet false chamomile, true chamomile

Origin - Mexico

Flavor Profile - Flavor is pleasant and mild. Pairs well with poultry, mild fish, apples, pears, vanilla, parsley, peppermint, lavender and black pepper.

Culinary Usages - Powdered chamomile may be added directly to foods. 

Cosmetic Usages - Chamomile is used in many skin care products, including soaps, lotions, salves and lip balms. 

Wellness Usages - This herb in powdered form can be easily tinctured or encapsulated. Blend with a carrier oil for use in massage and aroma therapy.
