Flavor Profile - This powder is known for having a very strong flavor with a bit of a bitter aftertaste. It should be mixed with drinks that have an equally strong flavor such as coffee or smoothies.

Typical Preparations - This powder is dark yellow in color and is easily dissolved in water. It is possible to place this compound in capsules and consume that way to avoid the bitter flavor.

Tribulus Terrestris is native to sub-Himalayan forests of India, Burma, and several other countries. The herb has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Indian Ayurvedic practice, it was widely used to treat sexual disorders in both men and women and as a remedy for erectile dysfunction in men. Body builders sometimes use it after a cycle of anabolic steroids to restore testosterone levels in the body.
