Origin - Brazil

Catuaba root bark is derived from the root of a medium-sized tree native to the Amazon and northern parts of Brazil.
The native peoples of the Amazon who use catuaba combine it with muira puama, allowing the mixture to stand in warm water overnight to make an amber infusion.
This powder is rich in "cinchonain" which is a natural anti-bacterial agent. When added to salves and other wound care management, this herb will add both anti-bacterial and antioxidant benefits.
