Flavor Profile - Hot but not pungent. White ground pepper has a milder flavor than its black counterpart, making it more suitable for seasoning fruits and baked goods.
Culinary Usages - Use in sauces, beverages and in other foods when hot flavor is desired but the conspicuous flecks of black pepper isn’t. Popular in Asian and French cuisines.
