Tribulus Terrestris is native to sub-Himalayan forests of India, Burma, and several other countries. The herb has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Indian Ayurvedic practice, it was widely used to treat sexual disorders in both men and women and as a remedy for erectile dysfunction in men. Body builders sometimes use it after a cycle of anabolic steroids to restore testosterone levels in the body.
